July 4th marks five years since we lost a truly remarkable leader, mentor and friend. Mr Leroy Baker, Founder of LTI, left an indelible mark on all of us -not just through his work, but through his kindness, wisdom and unwavering integrity. As we reflect on his legacy, we remember the lessons he taught us, the laughs we shared, and the inspiration he provided every day. Leroy may be gone, but his spirit still shapes our team and our mission.
